Rough-House Fitness offers professional services in Personal Training. Eric can train you where you feel most comfortable such as at your house, outside or at the beach. He brings the gym to you. Whatever equipment we need that day will provide.
I've been involved in fitness over 15 years from: weight lifting, martial arts, boxing, obstacle course racing, triathlons, calisthenics and high intensity-interval training.
I enjoy them all and know how to apply them in a productive and fun way to help anyone reach their fitness goals.
Eric Fenner served as a United States Navy Corpsman from 2007 through 2011. He has had a passion for fitness all his life and has taken that passion into a career as a personal trainer in the Perdido Key, Pensacola, Orange Beach area. He is a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys doing triathlons.
