1. Do you have a fitness goal as to how much weight you want to lose or gain? Lose 30 pounds? Gain 10lbs of muscle?

2. Do you have a fitness goal such as being able to do a pullup or run a mile in a certain speed? Ex: Do a pull-up. Run a mile in a certain time.

3. What injuries do you have that may restrict you in training?

4. If you could look like a certain superhero, which one would it be?

5. What exercises do you like/love? Ex: Push-ups, squats, running, bicep curls.

6. What exercises do you dislike? Ex: Burpees, burpees or burpees.

7. Where would you like to train? Ex: your house, outside, the gym.
