Welcome to Rough-House Fitness.

      RHF is here to serve those who want to challenge themselves to be more fit and a more excited outlook on life. I want to show people that they can do things that they didn’t know was possible. Whether it be do a pull-up, run a mile in a certain amount of time, or lift a certain weight that they originally thought they could never lift. Can you imagine doing something you never thought you’d have the power to do? Well together, we can make it a reality.

When training, the atmosphere needs to be positive, fun, and shame free. The more you choose to look at the cup being half full as oppose to half empty, the faster you will have results. We keep it fun and challenging at the same time. If you have fun training, more than likely you will keep training and becoming more and more fit while having a good time. Shame-free, don’t beat yourself up. “I’m so out of shape, I should be able to do more.” Instead, use that energy to tell yourself, “I know I didn’t do as well as I wanted but I feel good that I worked out and I worked hard.”
